Chacarera on helppo ja iloinen argentiinalainen kansantanssi, jota usein tanssitaan myös tangoilloissa. Chacareraa tanssitaan ryhmässä ja pareittain, mutta voit tulla tunnille ilman pariakin. Aikaisempaa tanssitaustaa ei tarvita, tanssi opetetaan aivan alkeista lähtien. Tunnin hinta 5e, ei etukäteisilmoittautumista.

Chacarera is an Argentine folk dance, easy and fun! Come alone or with a partner! 5e/person.

Missä tanssimme? Miten käytämme tilaa? Kuinka milongassa tanssitaan? Entäs parin käyttämä tila, kuinka hallita sitä? How to use the space we dance in? What about the space inside the couple?

15-16.30 "3 minutes"

Mitä tapahtuu yhden tangon aikana? What happens during one tango? Kohtaaminen, tutustuminen, juhliminen, eroaminen... A 3 minute story of two people. Aloitus, lopetus. Hurjat häkkyrät. Hiljaiset hetket. And what about dancing a whole tanda, 4 tangos?

Ideoita, harjoituksia ja konkreettisia esimerkkejä. Ideas, excercises and practical advice. Tunnit sopivat kaikille, jotka ovat muutamankin tangotunnin ottaneet, ja erityisesti niille, jotka ovat tanssineet enemmän. The classes are for all who have some basic knowledge on tango dancing, and are especially good for those who have danced more.
Ilmoittautumiset Marialle mielellään parin kanssa, pyrimme suurin piirtein tasapareihin. Registrations to Maria, preferably with a partner. 15e/class/person.

"Phrasing: Discovery of rhetoric in music and its articulation in the dance"

"We believe that the keys to musicality lies right in front of us all, and being a musical dancer means opening the ears to what is offered from the music.
In these classes we will try to come closer to the uniqueness of a few, different tango pieces from the traditional repertoire. We will discover how the music is built from different sentences and how we as dancers can articulate this more consciously. The interaction between the melody, the harmonic structure and the rhythm gives different waves of dynamics, and we will see how this may inspire to different energies and intentions in our dance."

Annabel and Oliver are musicians, tango dancers and teachers. They will give the students simple tools that they will apply to the music after analyzing it from a musician and dancers point of view.
Registration as singles or in couples, limit of 20 people. The whole night with the practica 20e per person.
